McKenzie Method
This is a method of diagnosis and treatment developed by Robin McKenzie. The treatment approach is physical therapy in nature, without manipulation. Dr. Horn has been trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Spine. McKenzie method is often a very effective technique for disc problems and the patients can do much of the therapy on their own.
